4. Jaguars: Jabrill Peppers S Michigan

Jacksonville had yet another disappointing year and there’s plenty of blame to go around. Former HC Gus Bradley was fired and I think that was a necessary move. The team is looking at Tom Coughln potentially(?). Blake Bortles needs to limit turnovers, but he is a developing young QB. In the backfield, Ivory and Yeldon are quality backs. The offense could use help on the line. However, I think adding to the defense is crucial and that explains this pick here. An all around great athlete and player (also Hiesman candidate) will be a great fit anywhere on the Jaguars’ defense.
