2014 NBA Draft Just Got Interesting: Marcus Smart Returns to School

Oklahoma PG Marcus Smart has announced that he will not enter the 2013 NBA Draft and will indeed return for another season in college.  This is a very surprising move considering he is a sure top 5 pick and the #1 guy in the entire draft isn’t even playing right now (Nerlens Noel).

Oklahoma State guard Marcus Smart will return for his sophomore season, sources tell Y! Sports. He could’ve been a top 5 pick in NBA Draft.

Smart’s return to school opens up the lane for Trey Burke to be the first point guard taken in 2013.  It also makes 2014 VERY interesting.  Jabari Parker, Andrew Wiggins, AND Marcus Smart?

Did Stern put that call in? Are one of those young men destined to be the next great Lakers guard? Am I getting ahead of myself?
