RB Jahvid Best Declares

He hasn’t played since that horrific head and neck injury, but California RB Jahvid Best has declared for the NFL Draft and will skip his last year in college. This is a good move for him. He has nothing left to prove, and is already one of the nation’s more explosive players. The only thing scouts want to see from him are x-rays at this point….
