Peter King Says Troy Smith Will Go #2

In his latest mock, SI analyst Peter King has Ohio State QB Troy Smith going #2 overall to the Oakland Raiders. This has analysts up in arms, many other analysts don’t even believe the Heisman Trophy winner will be a first rounder. Where will Troy end up?
