Ah, the quarterbacks. Any good draft site has a controversial QB rankings page right? Andrew Luck starts the year as he did in 2011 as the top QB. He was wire-to-wire the best passer in the nation. In 2012 that may change. Matt Barkley is extremely talented and has the poise of a seasoned NFL vet. (UPDATE: Matt Barkley will return to USC in 2012.)  To top things off, Landry Jones routine throws for 5+ TDs a game down in Norman.

Ultimately it will come down to who leads his team to those big wins on the national stage. Since Barkley’s team cannot go to a BCS game Luck has a clear advantage there.
