Well it looks like he picked a school and that school is Southern Methodist University.  Houston initially offered him a scholarship but apparently he didn’t take it.  Oh well that doesn’t matter now, Deion Jr. will be swagging all over the SMU campus soon:

Atlanta Sports Academy (GA) 2013 wide receiver Deion Sanders Jr. received an offer from SMU early Tuesday and committed to the Mustangs on the spot.

“It feels great knowing my hard work paid off and I am a part of this great program,” Sanders Jr. said. “Coach Jones and Coach Phillips are very close with the NFL, so their coaching ability is very good and I saw what Coach Phillips did with Houston and know his expertise can help me get to the next level.”

The 5-foot-7, 170-pound athlete had interest from Central Florida, South Florida and Rutgers, but he knew SMU was the place for him.

From what I’ve read following his recruiting, apparently the University of Houston offered him a scholarship but for some reason he did not take it. He also garnered interest from Cal, North Texas, and Wake Forest. We will see where he pops up in December.

And as you can see he is wearing #12 in the game.  We have no word on what schools he is looking at but you have to believe that Florida State will be on the list somewhere thanks to Dad’s influence.

He’s like Lil B.  You cannot tell if he is serious or not.  Which makes it even funnier.  Don’t be surprised if somewhere Drake is writing these lines down for “Take Care.”
