Terrelle Pryor Back: Ends Suspension, Will He Play?
The Raider are suffering from the loss of legendary owner Al Davis, and are coming off an emotional win against the Houston Texans. Head coach Hue Jackson broke down in tears after the win. The whole organization past and present shared in some very emotional moments after the game.
The team will also be getting a lift when their rookie Quarterback Terrelle Pryor comes off his NFL mandated suspension for “circumventing his collegiate suspension.” I didn’t know that if the NCAA suspends you for getting tatted up it applies in the NFL as well… never mind.
Either way don’t expect to see much of Pryor or if any of him at all when the Raiders play next. Jason Campbell is having a career year and is a steady hand at QB they haven’t had in a while. Pryor probably has a bigger upside but has less experience as a passer, especially in the screen heavy offense he ran at Ohio State.
Pryor is Al Davis’ last draft pick.
