Here’s Why The Eagles Are Trying To Trade For Deshaun Watson

According to leaked sources, the Philadelphia Eagles are favored to trade for the Texans’ Deshaun Watson if things don’t work out in 2021. This of course would depend on Watson clearing all of his issues off the field that we will not discuss here.

Here is the info from Black Sports Online:

Peter King believes the Eagles are the new favorite to land Watson and would be willing to give up multiple first-round picks.

If this is the case it certainly wouldn’t be for this year.

What would have to happen is Jalen Hurts falling flat on his face and Watson being cleared to play in 2022.

Will the Eagles trade for Deshaun Watson in 2022? We’ll see.
