The Dolphins and the 49ers have completed a trade in which the 49ers will receive the third pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. Here are the details of the trade per Blacksportsonline:

Dolphins trading No. 3 overall pick to the San Francisco 49ers for the No. 12 pick, a 2021 third-round pick (SF’s comp pick for Robert Saleh hiring) and first-round picks in 2022 and 2023, per sources.

Three firsts and a third?

Looks like Jimmy G is about to see a new face in the QB room.

We still don’t know what’s going to happen at #2 but at the very worse case scenario the 49ers will be in a position to draft QB Zach Wilson out of BYU.
