Is LSU’s Joe Burrow the #1 QB in the 2020 NFL Draft?

Is Joe Burrow the #1 QB in the country? The former Ohio State transfer and current LSU Tiger just set the team’s passing TD record with his 29th on the season and the hype is at an all time high. This team has traditionally struggled to recruit elite passers and Burrow fits the bill with his 80% completion rate and nose for the end zone.

I still like Tua but Burrow will likely get 2nd to mid-1st round buzz coming off the season that he’s having. He has the size at 6’4 and the experience at age 22 already. He’ll be 23 at the time of the draft I doubt that will matter but some GM will overthink it.

We’ll keep an eye out on the new entrant in the battle for first QB selected.
