Ranking the 10 Best Young QBs in the NFL in 2019

It seems like every team has a good young QB. Every team, except for… that is a different post for a different day. The new CBA has pretty much made it extremely easy to reboot your franchise if you draft the right passer and can use the funds you save to fill the gaps elsewhere.
With that said, since it is fun to speculate and rank stuff, here are the young QBs and how they rank:
