2012 NFL Mock Draft: Another Look At the Dallas Cowboys

By
Updated: October 24, 2011

Demarco Murray broke the Dallas rushing record with 253 yards

After this weekend’s performance we may have to say that the Cowboys have found a decent RB. Demarco Murray did nothing short of run for 253, breaking the team rushing record set buy some guy named Emmitt. The “Felix Jones is a featured running back” experiment is finally over, maybe he comes back to spell Murray later in the season. Tashard Choice can’t seem to hang on the ball and it looks like he will be on a different team next year.

I say all that to say this: the Cowboys problems go deeper than Tony Romo. Its week 7 and they are JUST NOW finding a replacement for Marion Barber. They still have no corners that offenses fear. Dez Bryant still doesn’t get the ball enough. But with that said here is another 2012 mock draft for you from member cowboys for life.

Continue for the mock:

1

Cowboys

Claiborne, Morris

CB from LSU

The Cowboys need help. Newman isnt very good and old. Jenkins has been sucky. Claiborne is a great cover guy and a play maker.

2

Cowboys

Glenn, Cordy

OG from Georgia

Glenn is a beast. He can play any position on the OL and well. He will make that young OL way better

3

Cowboys

Lindsey, Brandon

OLB from Pittsburgh

Spencer has not been very good. Lindsey is solid off the edge and knows how to play football. Adding him to Ware and Lee will make the D better

4

Cowboys

Reyes, Kendall

DT from UConn

Reyes is a great DT. He can play NT and then move Radliff to DE

5

Cowboys

Gray, Cyrus

RB from Texas AM

Choice will be gone. Gray is a good RB who knows how to find holes.

6

Cowboys

Keenum, Case

QB from Houston

The Cowboys need a Young QB. Keenum can make every throw, he is a mature guys who loves to play the game.
