<p>It looks as if the NCAA has backed down on some of it&#8217;s &#8220;new&#8221; agent requirements after <b>Lebron James</b> and others called it out as the &#8220;Rich Paul rule.&#8221;</p>
<p>Rich is now able to represent college superstars who want to test the NBA waters as long as keeps good standing with the NBAPA:</p>
