IG model. That’s right. You probably figured as such.

On our trails to find out who is the Girl in Drake’s New Video, Laugh Now, Cry Later we came across her page after putting together a few context clues.

AggyAbby currently has 1 million followers on Instagram and of course one of them is Champagne aka Drake himself.

She wrote this following the video dropping on all platforms and garnering over 65 million views in 1 day:

Obviously there isn’t much more known than that. She’s a model, Drake saw her, threw her in a video and the rest is history. That about solves the mystery of who Drake’s newest leading lady is.

… or maybe the problem is Ben Simmons played 40 minutes and took like 5 shots? Ah, never mind.

Durant was being interviewed and for some odd reason Drake decided to impose on the interview as only he can. Drake bumped KD and from the looks of it that PG County Maryland in Kevin Durant almost came out.

On whether he cared had any thoughts about Drake bumping him Kevin replied, “I don’t give a damn about no Drake night.” He also stared down Drake for a few seconds as if he was deciding whether to pull a Ron Artest on him.

The interesting fact is that Drake spoke on the track about recording “Back to Back” at the same hotel that Meek was staying at- the Four Seasons Toronto. For those that remember Meek was on his (girl’s) tour at the time the beef popped off.

On Meek’s track which also dropped today he suggested that he knew OVO was in the building and that they didn’t want any face-to-face confrontation. It initially looked kind of odd he would know Drake would use that as ammo but we now know why…

I’ve said it from the beginning and I’ll say it again: the longer Drake keeps avoiding acknowledging the fact he has a ghostwriter he’s going to lose this battle.

Well it turns out after being extremely successful and having a heavy internet buzz due to the 24/7 Drake programming, the station has pulled back. 92.7 Drake now is known as “The Block” and is just another regular radio station.

CharlotteFive has the details:

It was all a marketing ploy — and a good one. Drake 92.7 transformed into 92.7 The Block, a hip-hop and R&B station that will only play some Drake, some of the time.

“This stunt was big fun!” Programming Director Mary K said in a release from Radio One, which operates the station. “All weekend the excitement was building with so many people speculating on the next steps for the frequency. … You haven’t seen anything yet!”

In my opinion this was a huge mistake. I actually found myself looking for their online stream a few days ago hoping to get that cool Drake “I’m a thug but I still got feelings” vibe and was disappointed when I found a Top 40 radio station where 24/7 Drake once stood. Tons of people are mad on twitter as well.

Hopefully 92.7 or another company listens and gives the people what they want.

The former gospel station ended its gospel programming to give the streets what they apparently really want: all Aubrey Graham, all the time.

I’ll admit, Drake’s catalog is pretty substantial but can I listen to him 24/7? I don’t know. I don’t want to get too sensitive and start burning candles and doing other “Drake” behaviors.

All jokes aside, a Drake only station should have been made a long time ago if you really think about it. I predict it’s going to be very successful and picked up all over the country.

Still waiting on that Meek Mill radio.
