Mikey Williams to Consider Committing to Howard Basketball

With Makur Maker’s historic announcement, everyone is wondering what Mikey Williams will do. Will Mikey Williams commit to Howard basketball? Will Mikey and Makur be the resurgence of HBCU athletics?

We will have to wait and see but the theories are out there. There is even an interesting theory out there that Howard would undoubtedly get it’s pick of nationally televised games against power conference schools like Duke if this does happen.

I truly hope this pans out because if it does, it’s a groundbreaking commitment for an HBCU. Mikey Williams has been hinting at it and now Makur makes it a reality. If this HBCU movement happens, it could really change college basketball.

We’ll have to wait and see if Mikey Williams is going to Howard as he is only 16 and the 2022 draft is rumored to be the first one with high schoolers eligible in it again but right now the future is looking bright for HU!
