Marquess Wilson Suspension: Did He Walk Out on Mike Leach?

One of the many, many, many, borderline first round talents at wide receiver this year is Marquess Wilson of Washington State. Many people suggested that Wilson would have a breakout season under the air raid offense that Coach Mike Leach brought to town. It seems that the only thing that broke out was a bad attitude, if you believe reports:

Rumors surfaced overnight that Marquess Wilson had walked out of a conditioning workout Sunday, with the speculation being that he had subsequently quit the team.

It’s unclear whether that is or will be the case, but there is one certainty: the wide receiver has been indefinitely suspended by Leach.

Considering Mike Leach’s history with players, I really do not know who to believe here. Maybe we should call up Craig James and ask him..
