I agree that leadership does factor in heavily. As well does Tebows work ethic which earned him McDaniels first round pick. I think Newton has to show that type of willingness to learn to be a long term success.

Tebow and cam are the same as in scrambling tough QBs who played in a spread, and again, but newton has an NFL favored throwing motion.
